I messaged Paniccia after hours on a Monday night that my AC wasn't working due to rodents eating through my wires outside. It was up and running by noon the next day. They are great about communicating tech visits and working around your schedule. The technician who helped me was very helpful and friendly. I'll be using these guys in the future.

Hands down THE MOST honest, hardworking company I have ever met! Mark came out to do the estimate which he went thoroughly through and gave ZERO sales pitches or placed any pressure on just buying the most expensive equipment he could sell us. The team he had come and do the work were not just hard working, but they were nothing short of respectful and clean! These weren't just a bunch of young kids trying to Google their way through the job either! There were no hesitations when answering our questions, none of them smelled like they don't use deodorant, their pants weren't sagging and not one curse word was used!This was by far the most respectable company... read full review

Not a customer of Paniccia, but I would like to give Matt a shout out and a huge thank you… My car had gotten stuck in the snow today nearly in the intersection, while others passed by he noticed I could not moved and came out to shovel…Thanks Matt…
