This was my first visit at the Merrilville location . I used to go to the Lansing location. The doctor here was kind, patient, thorough, and professional, NOT like the previous optometrist at the Lansing location. It was truly refreshing to have an eye doctor that listens and is patient for once. I couldn't ask for a better optometrist! The staff was friendly as well. I was very pleased !

I have been coming here for years and I have to say you will NOT find a friendlier, courteous, engaging and knowledgeable group of people! I don’t know where they found their staff but they need to clone them and put them in every area of business all across the globe. Like I cannot say I’ve ever had a single complaint at this location. Ever. Even when they are slammed busy they give service with a dazzling smile. And their selection of eyewear gets better year after year! I still have glasses purchased from them10 years ago that still are in good condition. Simply amazing.
