Great service...friendly and professional with excellent results. Sometimes other customers are loud and irritable. I often observe customers being rude to service providers here. Hammond is even worse.

I read mixed reviews so I was a little nervous. This is my 3rd visit to get my lashes & brows done. I absolutely love them. The attention to detail is amazing, the ladies are very nice and they give me just what I want each and every time. I've worn lashes for many years so I know how to take care of them. Each time my lashes last for about 3 1/2 weeks. Well worth it and I am a loyal customer!I always go with short. This time I wanted a fuller look and that's exactly what it's giving! The natural lashes are just as beautiful. Even with this full look they appear very realistic and I receive several compliments.

Went today to get my brows done. I have gotten threaded before so I know it's painful but this one was really painful i think because she did it so slowly it made the pain worse. I needed her to really rip the band off so to speak lol. Like just go ahead and get it over with. Overall my brows were nice but she needs to speed the service up a bit. And my brows were just ok not popping like I expected.
