Our experience with Geisen-Pruzin was excellent. They gave guidance without any pressure, organized and orchestrated everything perfectly, were compassionate and did an excellent mortuary job with my dear beloved mother. I can't say enough good things about Geisen-Pruzin!
If I could give more stars, I totally would. Anthony Geisen made the whole process from start to finish so easy, stress free and very accommodating . We live in Illinois so we had to do everything over the phone. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything and that we understood the whole process. Other staff were wonderful, providing edits and proofs of the obituary and prayer cards. Jonathon went above and beyond, helping us connect my dad's love of farming with a reclaimed "barn wood" coffin and a surprise farming scene...read full review
