She started Physical Therapy with KDM Physical Therapy on December 16th and from day one, Chris Drobac Heatherly, who runs the PT side of the practice, has been fantastic!Her compassion, knowledge and level of care have been nothing less than OUTSTANDING. In addition, her team to include, Bles and Michelle are caring, extremely competent and very professional. Anything I have needed as far as paperwork submitted via them and scheduling PT appointments is done in a timely manner. Chris and her team always goes the extra mile to ensure things are done right the first time!They also take PT patients from other doctors.In a business world of dying customer service, lack of caring and to be frank, many times zero competency too, it’s refreshing to meet a staff of professionals at this level.
