we hired Maid Pro to come in and clean our home before Thanksgiving. They reached out the morning of our scheduled day to see if they could come earlier which we said sure then called an hour later stating they couldn't come at all would we reschedule, fine the whole point was for holiday but whatever, I have been working alot and so has my husband so a good cleaning would be great then we would just need to maintain, fantastic. the cleaning person arrived took pictures, called her office etc which I am told is standard. they were here for 3 hours I am told and cleaning exactly 1/4 of my kitchen which in my opinion isn't 3hrs worth of work. Left a large bag of trash by my front door instead of in the garbage and when I spoke to someone in the office about it they said well you didn't want to pay for more than 1 pro and it was alot of work based on the pictures. I never once discussed money or number of people with the person I scheduled the service with. I would have happily paid for more than 1 person if the option had been mentioned. Then the person I spoke with tells me well your husband was happy with the work our person did so I am not sure why you are not. I said my husband was in bed not feeling well so how would you know if he was happy? she said I heard him in the background when she called as she was leaving. Outright lie. he was in bed asleep, he didn't even know she had left!! Would not recommend at all what is the point of hiring someone to clean your house, if you will have to do it anyway after they leave. Biggest waste of money ever!!
