As someone who was going through a very rough patch in my life, I knew I needed to make a change. My change didn’t necessarily need to be physical, it was my mental health that needed the spark. Coach Luis cares more for people, not even just clients, in their mental, physical and developmental journey than anyone I think I’ve ever met. Coach Louis has a wonderful gift in helping identify the right program for each of his clients. He is a highly experienced award winning athlete and has won many medals. The information he has acquired throughout his years of training is a gold mine. He is very meticulous and is wholeheartedly committed in helping his clients achieve success.
