I went every six months for cleaning without insurance and thought I was happy with the work, in and out in 25 min. with the wait time. Katrina and Dr. Kostides took their time and I will never go to another Dentist even if I moved back to Il. Now I can actually afford to take care of my teeth and get what I pay for and more. “We were traveling through the area from another state when our son developed a severe toothache. We called in the morning and were able to have him evaluated same day. Dr. Nik and dental assistant Anna identified an area of deep decay which had been missed and allowed to progress by our home dentist. He offered an antibiotic to help until we were able to get back to our home dentist for root canal treatment, and offered the option of treatment at his office during an open appointment in a few days. However, due to a cancellation, he was able to do it later that afternoon, which we elected. UrgentDent is out-of-network with our insurance, but the staff quickly investigated and presented us with clear detail about coverage and charges. They also reviewed the x-rays and provided copies for us and our home dentist. The root canal treatment resolved the issue for our son, and we were grateful for such cordial and competent care in a time of need.“
