I've been a member here for close to 3 years. It's definitely not a beginner gym, everybody goes about their business , they know what they're doing. They have ample amount of machines balance with free weights and cardio equipment. Plus two closed off rooms for Fitness classes Etc... one of the rooms also contains a heavy bag and various other equipment. The other has heavy ropes, with other alternative training devices.

The gym is always spotless! Great staff always willing to compromise and help out guest. Locker room is spick and span. Music and tv are always putting you in a great mood to keep working out and getting those gains.
