While I did not ultimately elect to have Arrow Pest Control Services in Merrillville, Indiana to tackle my pest control problem, they were responsive, polite, and more than accommodating! I had Arrow spray for ants in August 2021. I signed up for the annual plan. Within 2 weeks all ants and crawly things were gone from my house. Very impressed. In May 2022 I stared seeing scout ants in my house. I called Arrow about their guarantee. I had NO problem getting them to respray at no charge. EVEN MORE IMPRESSED!
