“I have been impressed with these guys so far. They have done what they can to accommodate the needs of my wife and I with our schedules. I had a phone conference with Scott and was able to communicate with him what I'd like. He's coming out tomorrow to write up an estimate. The estimate appointment went well. I was unable to be there, so the phone conference was very helpful! The guys were very friendly and communicated potential problems with me. They were unable to give me what I wanted however, and left part of the job to me to finish. The price was quite a bit more than I had expected also (surely this is because I am cheap, not because of them). If they would have done the entire job from start to finish and been somewhat closer to my price range, I'd have stayed at 5 stars,but I gotta drop to 4. We decided to put some money into another area of the house instead.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Picasso! First, I had somewhere around 6 companies come out to quote a residential smaller job for my property and the neighboring rental property. Half of them did not follow through with sending an estimate, and of the other half who did provide an estimate, not only was Danny the quickest, but he kept checking back in once or twice a week to be sure I didn’t need anymore more to make a decision. But I never once felt like he hounding me for business, but that he was genuinely being professional and following through. Price was very fair - I’ve learned to not look for the least expensive, because you WILL get what you pay for which is often times more costly in the long run. Next about the work done (a couple paved patio spaces, a stone edge all along the house, a new bed, new sod, and a few other things): his crew lead that was assigned to our job, David, was so pleasant to work with! He never once made me feel like I was nitpicking by asking for a slight modification here or there. But instead responded with enthusiasm and went over and beyond to make sure it was all done really well. He even removed a small tree that wasn’t even in the estimate, simply because it was unsightly. They came back once to correct a couple very small things, and even then were just as pleasant. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure! Can’t say enough good… don’t hesitate if you’re looking for someone. This is the one. :)“

The grass is thicker and grows quite a bit faster, and there are nearly no visible weeds left. Well worth the cost, which is far less than the competitors we looked at initially.“
