“Called yesterday, 4/24/24 with a small problem with our new water heater. Had been without hot water for over a week. Another plumber had come and charged for part on old water heater that didn’t fix it. Told us we needed a new water heater and offered to replace it for us at a ridiculous price. We replaced it ourselves but had a small problem. Jimmy from Pipeworks worked us in with his full schedule on Tuesday. He did an excellent job and charged us a very reasonable price.
