They didnt show up on time (5 hours late) then sent a gentleman who didnt speak English at all and came in his car with no equipment. He looked at the two stoves and used his flashlight only. Called the next day and they said they would call and didnt. Again over a week, called them back and said they would "look in to it". Still dont know what is going on and cant get anybody to respond to at least give my money back for service I never received. Use Steve's appliance ...they showed up with a work truck and communicated well. Now to continue to try to get my money back from these folks who never respond.
