-Our AC went out last spring. The whole system was very outdated so we decided to replace as opposed to try and repair. I found Rick online and left him a message. He got back with me that day and said he was extremely busy but would do everything he could to try and get us a replacement by the end of the week. We had a newborn so hot/humid air in the house was making an already difficult situation worse. He went above and beyond and had a new AC unit installed/working within 2 days. -Because he was on a time crunch and I wanted to convert the heating system from electric to gas I agreed that he could come back at his convenience to finish hooking that portion up. I paid him for everything at that time with the understanding that the job was not complete until he came back. A few months went by but true to his word he contacted me in September and finished the installation well before cold weather hit. -Rick is genuine, hard working, honest and very reasonably priced. He's locally owed and handles everything himself which ensures his work remains at the highest of standards. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and would highly recommend him to anyone needing hvac work done. Thanks Rick!
