Ease of scheduling online was great! Crew came out quickly and on time and did the work without me present. Incredibly impressed how well it looks! So many stains in our 4 seasons room that I didn't think would come out and they are gone! Job very well done!

I worked with mitch to schedule sofa cleanings for myself and my sister, he did amazing work, was timely, professional and very kind. Both sofas are now like new. He also took a large areas rugs from my home, expertly clean it and delivered it to my sister's home, the rug looks like new. First class service - we will definately use Mitch and Standley Steemer again!

Chris and Shane did a great job with our carpet and an inherited sofa. Also, it is super easy to book online, I received a confirmation call addressing my concerns on added fragrances, and also confirming the time. They showed up on time, were quick, but thorough, and were professional and courteous. I was so pleased.The sofa is 20+ years old and dated in style, but is super comfortable and the frame and fabric are in great shape, and will look great with a nice slipcover. However, it smelled awful of dirt, body odor, and many years of cheap air freshener and odorous foods. It was so bad you could taste the odor by sitting in the living room with the sofa.
