“We had a minor issue of fascia falling down at the peak of our Florida room, and Joe came out to assess. The issue required an extra tall ladder which we didn’t have but was otherwise so simple that he offered to come fix it free of charge. On his own time the next morning he purchased the appropriate nails and came and fixed the fascia piece. Just a simple Good Samaritan task but it meant the world to this mama! He knew with the cold/wet weather coming that the piece needed fixed. Should we ever need a full roof replacement in the future, I know who I’ll be using without question.
