Mark was amazing and took care of my whole house as needed. The former owners of my house smoked inside so we went with all floors cleaned and the vapor treatment for the whole house. When he came through the first time, it wasn't up to his standards, so he did another round for us to make sure things were done right. The house doesn't smell at all of cigarettes and the floors look and feel great.
