"Michael was on time. He came to look over my place to do an estimate for me. I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all. I had several ideas about a new unit for my home. He explained each one and was totally honest about price difference , durability, warranty, etc. He was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed to make an informed decision.".

I have had to use their services for a number of issues I've had since obtaining my current house, and both techs I've had come out, as well as their receptionist have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as we continued to figure out all the issues plauging my HVAC system. We have seen a marked decrease in our electric bill thanks to their help, going from at worst around $550, down to the most recent bill of $175, and I know a significant portion of that is from their expertise in diagnosing and fixing the issues we've had. Here's hoping we only need to call them for a yearly cleaning, but I will definitely keep using their services to have... read full review

I called the office at 9:30 am and they had a technician at my house at 11:00 am. I probably got a bit lucky but when you don’t have heat and it’s cold outside you’re grateful for prompt service. My technician was Tim, he was professional and personable. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem within 2 hours. I had a bad experience with other places in the past so when I get great service that makes me even more grateful! Highly recommended Crawley Heating and Air!
