I was greeted by Bev on the phone, and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived a few minutes earlier, and the by the time I took my jacket off, Bev was handing me a fresh cup of coffee. Overall, great homey experience, very cute/intimate Salon with professional and talent stylists. I've been there every other week for a year and don't have a single bad thing to say. She's friendly and genuinely cares about all the clients. I learned today, 1/25/2022 when I called to reschedule my appointment that the Stylist that has been cutting & highlighting my hair for 27 years left to go to another Salon. I don't understand her lack of loyalty to the owner who gave her, her 1st job fresh out of beauty school. I'm remaining with Shear Magic. I like the personal feel of the Salon.
