After 10 years in the Beauty industry I have learned what works and what doesn't. Bigger salons means less personal attention. The relaxation that comes with getting your hair done has gone away. I chose to leave the bigger salons and scale back to give clients what they deserve. That is a personal experience in a calm relaxing atmosphere where what you say stays within the salon. As of March 1, 2023 the salon has adopted the policy of charging for a no call no show. The fee is the cost of the appointment you missed.
