This business was formerly called Plainfield Massage Therapy and was located at 2680 E Main St in Plainfield. It moved here in July and renamed to West Side Massage Therapy. It is located now at a very convenient location just off exit #58 of I-74 (Hwy IN-39). There is also more privacy with this new location as it is located in a house that is now all business, i.e. no one lives in the house. I have been seeing Caitlin for trigger point deep tissue massage therapy since February of 2021. My trigger points knot up constantly after working decades in the construction industry and from other body issues. I continue to work hard outdoors in property maintenance. I need monthly trigger point massage therapy to maintain muscle looseness. Not everyone can do deep tissue massage therapy. I have found someone that works for me and will work with me to keep my trigger points loose. Caitlin is very experienced with this type of massage therapy. Her experience allows her to keep these points worked out and from getting to the point where they will not relax. She can also find knotted trigger points that I'm not aware of. She keeps me in better fitness with her massage therapy.
