We have used Mobile Medical as our medical equipment supplier now for the last 4 year. We have a child who is on a trache and uses a ventilator at home. Angela and her team have gone far beyond any expectations that I have had. Having a child with acute medical needs, at times, is a very stressful. However, Mobile Medical walks the extra mile (and then some) with us to make sure we are taken of. They will come promptly to our home as issues arise to solve problems. They supply us with well-maintained equipment, and have always been able to accommodate our needs with solutions that work. Mobile Medical works very well with our pulmonologist to make sure we always have the right equipment. When bringing our child home from a hospital stay, Mobile Medical meets us at our home to changes the equipment needed so our child can stay home with us. Their staff works well with our insurance provider to get the items we need. If it is not something they normally supply, or something that the insurance does not cover, they will make those extra phone calls needed to get the items covered. Angela and her staff take a personal approach and are very involved with the health of our child. I guess to some up: Mobile Medical is not a business for them, it is their vocation.
