They changed the washer box and valves within 3 hours. The service rep was absolutely excellent! We’ve used Metz Plumbing for everything from a back up sump pump to a new basement sewage pit pump. They have always provided us with great service.
Our AC unit was having a hard time keeping up with the extreme temps outside this week. Yesterday, our house was up to 78 degrees, despite it being set at 70. With 2 small kids, this was not ideal. I called Merz in the late afternoon and they had someone out to our house within 15 minutes. The technician, Brandon, was professional and thorough. He found the problem, fixed it quickly and efficiently, and told us we should see an improvement by morning. Our house was back down to 70 degrees this morning (I was actually even chilly!) Thank you, Brandon and Merz Plumbing, Heating & Cooling!
As a small business owner, Merz has taken great care of me as a customer. Their pricing is fair and their work of high quality. Other companies seem to only want the big fish with sky high pricing. I would highly recommend Merz for all your plumbing and HVAC needs!
