He took the time to explain the process and patiently answered all my questions about the treatment. I was really impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. Last year JPM took care of a roach problem. This year I had the fortune of having them determine that a reported problem at another house didn't actually exist. Instead he said there was no evidence of anything and placed traps around instead. He effectively turned down a $1500 payday for himself because it wasn't needed and that builds trust. He also explains in plain English and discusses with you what he's seeing. For me, the difficulty with pests is doing enough but not too much. Here's an outfit I trust.
