These people stand behind their products! And hold their suppliers accountable! I purchased a rooftop unit that turned out to incomplete from the factory! Anita at Surplus City went to bat for us and the mfg has shipped the part to us free of charge. Surplus city had actually changed ownership between when we purchased and when we tried to start it up! Still even though it was the previous owners problem held the mfg accountable! THAT IS SERVICE!!!
