He came by and did my lawn in September and a few weeks later it looks absolutely amazing!

You can see in the photos below my neighbors lawn vs mine today. Before he showed up mine was crunchy and dry, with bare patches everywhere.

His prices were super reasonable considering he aerated and applied seed for me. He was prompt, thorough, and personable.

Both of my neighbors have just booked him as well. Get on his schedule while you can!

Some of the other things I did:

Water deeply the night before to soften the lawn. Dethatch to remove dead material.
Apply fall fertilizer as soon as he was done.
Water like crazy.

He listened to my problems with lawn care, landscaping and down spouts from gutters. He wrote up and sent me a fair estimate for all the work that needed done. They had crews come out and work together to correct my drainage problems. The crews cleaned up the overgrowth of voluntary plants that were overtaking my home. They worked for 3 1/2 days to finish up. Mr.Lasley will be out to make sure everything is completed. The crews working were very detailed and provided excellent customer service.
