I've never met John personally, we did our entire transaction through phone, text and email. I have a pretty busy schedule and John was able to get me a quote, and gave me a quote for more than I asked, complete the job and follow up with out us ever having to meet in person. It was great to see a business go above any beyond. He approached it as, "Hey, while we are here, what if we went ahead and did this too." Never felt pressured and the communication was great. I had a couple of concerns when the crew left and John spoke with me about them and squashed those concerns immediately. Excited to see how the new landscaping grows in!
