In the fall of 2021, we hired Accent to tackle a fairly large backyard landscape project that I wanted to be complete before May of 2022. I was impressed in the beginning with the work they did and the communication. The landscape design was beautiful and we get so many compliments on it. The workers were professional, taking extra care to do as little damage to our yard as possible. What I'm most disappointed in is the follow up. After a year of our plants being in, I wanted them checked out b/c I thought a few had died. In May I texted my sales rep and received no response. I called them to get an estimate for some landscaping. This was around the 16th of August. I have not got the estimate they were going to email me. I have called three times since the 22nd of this month and they have not responded to my calls. I guess if you're not a big job forget it.
