The aesthetician, Kristin was great, but the salon’s front desk staff could benefit from some soft skill training, (kind of put me off). Also, the entire salon seems incredibly rushed. Perhaps they were just having a difficult staffing day? If you are looking for a top tier luxury atmosphere, probably not going to be your jam. Good for a quickie in a pinch.“

Having dealt with body image issues and the anxiety of getting waxed as a male, I had been curious about waxing but never made the plunge. I'm so glad I found Sonya because my experience was no where near as painful/intimidating/awkward as I had feared. She was nothing but professional and a joy to carry a conversation with, and she talked me through the process and what to expect.
One last note, fellas, if mangrooming is your jam, razoring or using clippers (e.g., manscaper), you will not beat a professional set of hands who removes the hair from the root. Seriously, I'm surprised how smooth I feel. 10/10“
