I highly recommend Ed from Lake Shore Heating & Air. I called before they were even open this morning, and he still picked up and came out right away to fix our heating issue. With the bitter cold we’ve had these past couple of weeks, I’m especially grateful for his responsiveness and the quality of his work.
Needed a new air conditioner and furnace. Had about 5 companies come out and give estimates. They ranged from about 8200 -15000, Ed was in the middle, but he was the only one that looked at my cold air returns upstairs, and hand wrote everything in the estimate that they were going to do. Installation was done without a hitch, communication was excellent. Have used the furnace, so much more quieter than old one. Have not used AC other that the 10 minutes or so they ran it to test it.
Wow!! That's it in a nutshell! My mom has been using Ed @ LSH&C for years! Welp, today was another wonderful well done job! My mom's A/C was out, Ed came, gave my mom some options, but she ultimately left his expertise to make a decision.
