“Needed a new air conditioner and furnace. Had about 5 companies come out and give estimates. They ranged from about 8200 -15000, Ed was in the middle, but he was the only one that looked at my cold air returns upstairs, and hand wrote everything in the estimate that they were going to do. Installation was done without a hitch, communication was excellent. Have used the furnace, so much more quieter than old one. Have not used AC other that the 10 minutes or so they ran it to test it.“

Funny enough, Russ Co. was my second opinion I brought in to take a look at my HVAC, and though I hadn’t properly communicated the repair to him that the other HVAC company had quoted out, we figured that out pretty quick when we both took a look at the itemized quote.
Bill took the time to understand the scope, pivot the project from a replacement to a repair (saving me money) and he was able to get out here in a timely manner!

It was an ongoing problem for a few years. They then sent out Michael from Seasonal and it was a night and day difference! He was there for quite some time the first time figuring out what the problem was. When he had to come back he took his time and did what he had to, answered all my questions and figured out I needed another new part which fixed the issue!!!
