Highly recommended!! Shihan and Sensei Howard are patient and excellent at what they do , last year I signed up my kids when my son even tough he was excellent academically was having behavior issues at school (punching etc. ) someone suggested Karate could help him , I’m glad we signed him up!! after a couple months he not only stop having behavior issues at school but now he is an excellent helper , yesterday was teachers conference day and was so proud to listen to the teacher saying how he is always paying attention and how he offers to help around the class room my son who was getting in trouble the year before now he is doing great and back on A honor roll . Yes karate helped him in so many ways and he loves it. Karate helps you with this and more !! - SELF DISCIPLINE. - It helps in establishing SELF CONTROL. ... - The lessons improve FOCUS. - It teaches LEADERSHIP.
