“We had a relatively small job, but it was complex. Evan visited our site on Monday morning, took extensive notes and documented everything with photos. He sent us an estimate in less than 24 hrs. on Tuesday morning. My wife and I reviewed the bid (it was well within our budget) and called immediately to see how soon the work could begin. Evan said he could get started that same day if we were ready for the job to begin. By the end of the day on Friday, the job was complete. I need to also state Blackburn was the ONLY drywall contractor that replied to our requests.Evan was professional and personable from the first moment he arrived to our house through the completion of all the work. He was aware of our time and made the most of his time while he was on site. I enjoyed taking with Evan about football, and he wasn’t frustrated with me asking questions about how he did things.
