Well, let me tell ya, I recently had Vasquez Roofing and Construction put a new roof on my house, and I gotta say, they really knocked it outta the park. Talked to Carlos beforehand, and he knows his stuff inside and out – told me all about the shingles, drip edge, ice shield, you name it. When the crew showed up, they wasted no time gettin’ down to business. I gotta hand it to 'em, they worked like a well-oiled machine all day long. Even caught one of the guys meticulously taking care of the flashing around my chimney – that's the kind of attention to detail you don't see every day. And get this, my neighbor, who's been in the biz for over 55 years, came over and gave 'em a nod of approval. That's high praise right there. Once they wrapped up, they made sure to clean up after themselves real nice, didn't leave a single nail behind. Overall, if you need some roofing work done, you can't go wrong with Vasquez Roofing and Construction. They're the real deal, through and through.

I had what I thought was a roof leak due to a discolored and slightly damp spot on a wall, so I began asking friends who they recommended. I was put in contact with Carlos and he came out to inspect my roof. I appreciated that he kept me updated on the time of his arrival; that’s a great touch! Carlos was very kind, friendly, and polite. After giving the attic a thorough inspection, he let me know that the roof is fine, everything in the attic is totally dry, and that the discolored spot on my wall is just some condensation related to the change in weather and our use of the fireplace (which is on the nearby wall). I was very relieved to hear that news, but even more thankful because Carlos refused to give me a bill. How very kind! I feel very confident that Vasquez Roofing and Construction will conduct business in a caring, thoughtful, and honest fashion. When I do need roof work in the future, I’m definitely calling the company again! Dave Foley
