My rental house burned. I called Service master and they responded so fast. Jeff came and it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable about his field and he was very professional. I could not have asked for anything more. He even went above and beyond and drove me back to my hotel instead of having to take the bus. I highly recommend this company. If I could give more stars than 5, I would. Also, he took the time to answer questions and explain the process to me. Extremely helpful.

The ServiceMaster Advantage crew comprehensively dried subflooring that suffered water damage in a very timely manner. The team leader answered all questions knowledgeably and in detail; he checked in on the property several times to ensure equipment was working and affected areas were drying as expected.
