I went through kokomo in office, Justin went above and beyond to help get my drain open and clean! I can't thank Justin, Eric, Bob, John, Austin, Levi, and Ethan for all of their knowledge and work to get us up and running. I have a disabled veteran who gets 24 hr care they literally saved us!!! If you need plumbing and drain service call Roto Rooter right away and away goes trouble down the drain. The commercial was right!!!!! The even have special financing!!! My score is 15 out of 10! Thank you so much! Straight forward company no surprises.
They fixed my issue but really not that impressed with how they left things. A professional service would do better. Asked them to clean up and they did not fully do so. Also did not check my system correctly after the work.
They also failed to inform me of time change to my service and ended up having to come back a second day, inconveniencing my tenants.
Tom is such a great PLUMBER! Very helpful, Explains with details on what’s going on and gives you an Amazing Advice on what you should do next if I ever have any more problems he would be the tech I would love to get again!
