Your appointment doesn’t matter. They will over book and tell you to take a number when you have an appointment. This place is a joke receptionist don’t know how to do their jobs, they over book and schedule walk ins for that day. Then people with appointments don’t get seen.

I've been coming to Riggs for over 20yrs. I can honestly say, the way the clinic has changed is outstanding. Some think there's a stigma coming to a community health clinic. For example: lower level care, not being able to be seen, or even inexperienced staff. However, the staff is amazing, the level of care is top tier, & they do their best to accommodate patients for scheduling. I'll always be a cheerleader for Riggs! Also, Susan Foster & her team are simply amazing!

I would like to thank Provider Frizzi for an awesome visit on yesterday. I am dealing with pain due to an injury and can barely get through a day’s work. Provider Frizzi techniques during yesterday’s visit help me get through my work day with little to no pain. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to listen to me and provided me with great beneficial tools. I am thinking about cancelling my physical therapy and just seeing him. Thank you Provider Frizzi!!
