Josh Purcell was the tech that came to my house for a plumbing issue. He was very courteous and quick to find the problem.

He was very early I didn't have to wait on him, professional. He cleaned the unit very well. He was a pleasure to have in my father's home, and he understood the mess we was in due to his passing a few days ago. So thank you for caring
We <3 Peterman. We called around midnight and talked to Brian Wortley about the fact our furnace went out. He was here by 8:30am to fix it. He went above and beyond by checking to see if our furnace was under warranty (it was) which saved us $2000. I highly recommend Peterman. We are part of their membership program which was a great investment. They are excellent & we are thankful for their excellent customer service. Brian had our heat back on in a few hours (had to go get parts) which is WONDERFUL since at the time it was 10 degrees outside and 50 degrees in our house. Call Peterman when you need your furnace, AC & plumbing card for.
