Gustavo and Saul were our carpet installers. They were very impressive. They arrived promptly at 9:00 am. They moved our furniture, removed our carpet, cleaned up all the dust and scraps and laid our new carpet in two rooms. They were courteous and professional. They answered our questions and were very pleasant. We would highly recommend them for any installation. We ordered Karastan carpet and we are very pleased with the product. Our sales rep was Jill and we were equally pleased with her knowledge of the products and her follow-up on the sale and times for installation. We are very pleased with Miller Flooring.

The staff was helpful when we were trying to pick out our new carpet, was patient answering all of our questions. Responded quickly to emails. Came out to measure and was on time and courteous. Installers did a great job. Thanks Miller's!

Great experience with both Lindsey at the store and the guys who did the installation of both carpet and laminate. The installers were on time, courteous and trustworthy…I had no trouble leaving them to do their work when I had to go out. Bottomline, I am all around pleased ?
