Libman Cleaning Concierge

Asked for full “new house cleaning” of our newly purchased home while I was out on vacation. Came back two weeks later to find none of the shelves in the house got wiped down to the back, none of the closets were cleaned at all, none of the fans were wiped down, huge dirt pile underneath and behind fridge (specifically asked for this to be cleaned), living room shelves and dirt weren’t cleaned, window sills weren’t cleaned (specifically asked for), door frames weren’t cleaned (specifically asked for), ceiling in kitchen wasn’t even touched (told me ceiling to floor cleaning), kitchen cabinets weren’t even cleaned properly (paid extra), fridge and stove weren’t cleaned properly (paid extra), Overall this was a half clean and it was definitely not worth the price paid for a full service cleaning in an ALREADY FULLY EMPTY HOME.

Such a polite and professional team that does a great job for us. I love sneaking home early to enjoy a quiet clean home before the rest of the family!
