My second time to visit Meow Doctors. The first one was not reviewed but was excellent. This time was even better. First the receptionist and assistants were friendly, helpful and just overall pleasant. The doctor was professional, attentive to my concerns and questions, efficient with the cat and caring. She was, I believe, truly interested in the welfare of the cat and helping me understand what the problem was. She also had written answers to questions I has about food and general cat care.
To sum it up. The visit was very pleasant, reasonably priced and not rushed. Everyone there from receptionist to aides to the doctor herself were friendly, accommodating,...read full review
When we brought our little cat home, she was very sick. Eyes and nose crusted over. She wouldn't eat or drink, wasn't using the restroom, she would just sleep. She was a kitten at the time, probably around 5 weeks old. This was at the height of covid. No one was taking new clients or they were booked 3 months out. I take my cats here and theyve been great. When one of my cats had to go to urgent care, they didnt have availability but offered a drop in later in the week. They even referred me to another hospital when I texted them and sent medical records over right away. This was extremely helpful for my cat who got sent home with meds and is now okay. They got the urgent care records from the other hospital and updated my cats charts!
