“I have visited this business twice and have not been disappointed. While I have not paid for them to fix anything yet they still provide excellent services! My first time there was to see if they could fix my Nintendo Wii. They told me what they believed was wrong with it and gave me a very reasonable price to repair it! I will be taking it back as soon as I have the extra funds! My second time here was due to my 2017 Mac book freezing upon start up. I was very impressed with them. I had first went to Best Buy to see about repairs where the associate looked at my laptop for all of 30 seconds before saying it was a hardware problem and quoting me $280. I left in tears knowing I couldn't afford the repairs and desperately needed my laptop for school. I decided to go try lightning repairs and explained to the guy at the desk everything Best Buy had said. He took it to the back and ran a test on it and brought and back and said my hard drive was fine and it was likely a software issue. He told me exactly how to fix it on my own and my computer has been running perfectly ever since! I will continue to use Lightning Repairs as my first choice for electronic repair!“
