That subject — “couldn’t be more thrilled” — applies to not just to the end result, but to the process, the price, and the people as well. We chose RS initially because we just weren’t certain what we wanted (for a kitchen remodel & entertaining space addition), and needed an experienced guide to help us narrow down to the best decision for us (which they were expert in). But now we’d choose them again for their quality, integrity, and personal professionalism. They were very patient, never pushy, and helped us work through a variety of options to settle on a design that excited us. That pre-contract / pre-build phase of dealing with the owner and the designer was outstanding, but the pleasant surprise was how the service not only didn’t ‘drop off’ but if anything stepped up when we were handed over to the project manager and field team. These guys were top-shelf and made the experience as “least inconvenient” as possible. Every day they left the worksite in clean/clear shape. We never worried about leaving them in the house when we were out. Personal, professional, and great, careful work.

The ongoing communication was OUTSTANDING: both proactive and highly responsive. They really went out of their way to accommodate last-minute adjustments and seemed to really care that we’d be very pleased with the end-product (which we certainly are). On top of all that, they were exactly on in budget and delivered actually a touch early! Usually it’s the old saying of “quality, speed, and price... pick two”, but somehow they had the magic to make us very happy with all 3.
