He came right away on short notice. We had water leaking into garage from our air conditioner/furnace. We had gotten the unit from a different company. He blew out the pipes and it helped. He even cleaned the garage floor when he was done. He was very professional, courteous & excellent to work with. We highly recommend Comfort Mechanical business.
Ron was fast in his response time, came on time to the appointment and even worked with me around my toddler’s nap time schedule! He was detailed with what to expect from the duct cleaning and how much to expect to pay. He did the work quickly and thoroughly! He also cleaned up after himself. We had Comfort Mechanical out to look at an AC issue we were having. Ron, from Comfort Mechanical, not only took the time to diagnosis the problem, but fully explain to us WHY we were having the issue. We were presented with a few options to see what would be a best fit for us and are now on schedule for them to make the repairs. Honest, polite, on time and (most importantly) knowledgeable!
