We are 12 months out from a substantial remodel so I called to begin the process (as I have done w/ 3 other well known local companies). In short order I shared the situation (including 12 months out) and there was a deafening silence on the other end of the phone. Her response (finally) was.... "well, why don't you call us when you're ready". I quickly explained that the other companies appreciate the advanced notice and are working through the process with us.
