We are 12 months out from a substantial remodel so I called to begin the process (as I have done w/ 3 other well known local companies). In short order I shared the situation (including 12 months out) and there was a deafening silence on the other end of the phone. Her response (finally) was.... "well, why don't you call us when you're ready". I quickly explained that the other companies appreciate the advanced notice and are working through the process with us. She replied with "well, we're not that far out" and again, deafening silence. I said something along the lines of so it sounds like you're not interested and appreciate the time?
