I hired Alternative Edge to add a new patio to my house, which is almost 20 years old and never had a patio. Eric and his crew were courteous and professional and did a great job in implementing my plan with some good suggestions they made to it. It is nearly the height of the floor of my house, and has a sitting wall and a stone countertop, and a step to the ground. Eric re-graded and re-seeded my yard and did a good job with that too. The project came in at their bid amount, and they worked diligently to get this done in 2-3 weeks. I couldn't be more pleased! Alternative Edge (Eric) did an outstanding job remaking our home’s backyard/ patio area along with a few extra items. Eric came by 4 times to collaborate with my wife and I to ensure we all had final plan together with the final quote to reflect the work. Eric did all the leg work with procurement of supplies, delivery, retrieved our permit, and lined out subcontractors for building the home extension, and electrical work. Which was all worked into the final quote prior to start. No surprises!!!Eric removed our old concrete patio slab installed a new paver patio with the perfect underlying, boarder, and drainage slope. We vetted several companies and went with Alternative Edge because of the glowing reviews of others from our neighborhood community and seeing examples of their work.When planning our project, large concrete/stamped patio, walkway, pergola, built in grill, we were looking for an artistic partner with high quality delivery at reasonable costs.
