Shannon is phenomenal! We purchased a home and the sellers didn’t leave us any keys. I called Shannon to see if he could come unlock the house for us, he was there within 30 minutes of me calling and got it open! Hands down best around :)

Great experience! I went to another place but they didn't have the keys I needed in stock so I went here and I'm glad I did! If I need anything key or lock related I'm headed here(even if I live in another city!) The atmosphere is upbeat and organized. The people were great and just generally nice(which is hard to find anymore.) So to the people at BJ's thank you!

I have never needed a locksmith before, and honestly did not think I ever would. Now that I (unfortunately) had to use one, I would definitely recommend BJ’s to anyone and everyone!!!One morning around 6 am my son locked my keys in my car when starting it for me. I had no way to get in, the car was running, and I had a nursing school exam that morning. For anyone who is not aware how rigorous nursing school is, you CANNOT miss exams. One missed exam could result in you failing the course, and therefore delaying your entire program. So needless to say I was beyond panicking and in tears.
