“Marissa demonstrated OUTSTANDING customer service skills while helping me purchase a tanning package over the phone. I did not realize they had technically already closed for the day, and not only was she a loyal enough employee to have answered the phone after hours (whereas some places refuse to answer their phones an hour before closing time), she was nice enough to follow through with and complete my transaction. ?? I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received and haven’t even been in to tan yet! ?☺️
