Had an issue with my furnace. Jeff came out and not only fixed it fast, but helped me with the filters and the thermostat wall box. Will definitely continue to use their business and recommend them to everyone I know
We had a Lennox mini-split unit installed in late March that wouldn’t work to produce cool air once temperatures heated up in May (when first turned on). Summers worked relentlessly to trouble-shoot the problem with Lennox tech support assistance. That process involved multiple service visits and component replacements in the outside condenser unit. Tyron Fields (and trainee Josh) replaced the inverter board today and successfully diagnosed and corrected a resulting error code which allowed the system to work properly and produce cool air. Jeff Peterson came out on a Saturday morning after our air conditioning went out and he was able to trouble shoot the problem and get our air up and running in a very short amount of time. Jeff was knowledgeable and very considerate of our home and property. Jeff arrived when he said he would and even gave us a call stating he was on his way. I would use Summers again for my heating and plumbing issues if a situation arises. Thank you Jeff.
